Meet Dr. Noah Waters
Born in Prince George’s County and the son of a Methodist minister, he cares about the safety, health, and welfare of people and all Prince Georgians. An experienced elected official who recently served as Mayor of the Town of Eagle Harbor in Prince George’s County, one of the last predominantly African American waterfront communities remaining in the United States, Dr. Waters’ administration brought the largest financial benefits to the town in its nearly one hundred-year history.
He has a progressive and proven track record of working with county, state, and federal officials to bring benefits to Prince George’s County and the State of Maryland, including legislation involving his testimony.
Dr. Waters is a retired Prince George’s County Police Officer who has a master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and a PhD in business administration with a specialization in homeland security from National University.
He has mentored hundreds of public and private school students and is the book author of Ten List for School Safety, which changed behavior significantly in all schools he mentored.
